This was first time to order flowers from Books and gifts flowers I was very pleased with the beautiful flowers that were delivered to my mum in her nursing home ,nice and early on the day of her birthday , I would highly recommend. Geraldine.

Beautiful flowers, was contacted prior to delivery as they didn't have the box that was pictured. Unfortunately I can't answer or receive messages in work and I didn't get back to the florists, they did substitute a lovely box however and the recipient was delighted.
