Very good service, but flowers I ordered weren't available. The florist emailed me prior to delivery to ask if she could use other flowers. Otherwise very happy.

Very pleased with the service. Una emailed the night before to tell me they couldn't source the flowers I had picked but the arrangement sent was just beautiful, I would definitely recommend Books and Flowers.
